CODE NAME DELILAH begins in the early days of World War II with an intelligence meeting between Sarah Leach, a British navy lieutenant whose allure and uncanny ability to read people make her a natural fit for MI6, and Robert Johnston, a handsome, newly separated New York lawyer based in London who answered the call to join the OSS.
