My Big Heart

My Big Heart is a story of feeling small. While this includes the challenges and limitations that young children face of being physically small, it also can relate to feeling small when it comes to their sense of self-worth, feeling unseen, and being disconnected from the vastness of their truest self and potential. The main character experiences a change of heart in how she sees herself and the world through mindfulness and connecting to her heart.
