The Delilah Enigma

Set in London against the backdrop of WW2, THE DELILAH ENIGMA follows Lt. Sarah Leach, an MI6 British officer, and Robert Johnston, an American lawyer with the OSS, as they trade secrets and sex while gathering intelligence for the Allied war effort. Together they track the growing German resistance and assassination plot against Hitler and develop assets for the impending D-Day invasion, dangerous work that leads to Sarah’s capture by the SS in France. Her whereabouts are leaked by friends at Bletchley Park, and Robert bands together an unlikely group, including their Jewish refugee friend Hannah, to rescue her. As one enigma is resolved a new one appears: Will Sarah and Robert’s budding relationship survive the war? Historically accurate events and a sweeping cast of real and fictitious characters round out this “terrific read.”
